2. Local file responsibility

All file operations occur on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your files. NameFlo is not responsible for data loss or file issues.

3. License

When you purchase or subscribe to NameFlo, you are granted a non-transferable license to use the software.

4. Payments

Subscriptions and payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Billing terms, renewals, and cancellations are handled through their platform.

5. No guarantees

NameFlo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we aim for reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

NameFlo is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms over time. Continued use of NameFlo indicates acceptance of any changes.
