NameFlo processes files entirely on your computer. Your documents are not uploaded, stored, or transmitted to external servers by the application.

2. No document storage

We do not collect, store, or have access to the contents of your documents. All renaming, conversion, compression, and merging actions occur locally on your device.

3. No AI or external analysis

NameFlo does not use artificial intelligence or external services to analyze your documents. Your files are never scanned or processed outside your device.

4. Website data

When you visit the NameFlo website, limited technical data such as browser type or general usage analytics may be collected to improve performance and user experience. This does not include any document data.

5. Payments

Payments are securely handled by Lemon Squeezy. NameFlo does not store or process your payment information. Please refer to Lemon Squeezy’s privacy policy for details.

6. Email and communication

If you join the early access list or contact support, your email address may be used to communicate with you about the product. You may unsubscribe at any time.

7. Data security

Because NameFlo runs locally, your files remain under your control. We do not store your documents on external servers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of NameFlo indicates acceptance of any updates.
